Totus Secure Notes does not require a cloud account. Your notes are stored on your device. There is no Totus Life server holding your vault. This page satisfies Google Play account and data deletion requirements for apps without cloud accounts.
Android:
1. Open Settings → Apps → Totus Secure Notes
2. Tap Storage & cache → Clear storage (or Clear data)
3. Confirm
Alternatively, uninstall the app to remove local data.
iOS:
1. Delete the app from your home screen
2. Or Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Totus Secure Notes → Delete App
This removes the encrypted vault, trip data, voice memo attachments, downloaded Template AI model (if any), settings, and local entitlements cache.
If you exported an encrypted vault (.enc file) to Files, email, or cloud storage, you must delete those files separately. We cannot delete files on your device or third-party storage.
Purchase records are held by Google Play or Apple App Store, not Totus Life.
Deleting app data does not automatically refund purchases.
Anonymous analytics and crash reports sent to Google Firebase are governed by Google’s data policies. To limit future collection, uninstall the app. To request deletion of data Google holds, use Google’s privacy tools.
We do not maintain a separate Totus Life database of analytics tied to your identity.
If you cannot delete data yourself, email totuslife7@gmail.com with:
We will provide step-by-step guidance. We cannot remotely wipe your device.
Because there is no Totus Secure Notes cloud login, there is no remote “account deletion” on our servers. Local deletion (Section 1) is the complete removal method for note content.
