Totus Secure Notes offers optional on-device AI for Pro Lifetime users (Template Studio field suggestions and Note Assist). This feature complies with Google Play User Data policies for third-party AI integrations (July 2026 clarification): we disclose the integration, obtain consent, limit use, and do not send your note content to Totus Life servers or to cloud AI APIs.

1. Consent: Before the first download, the app shows a disclosure explaining the third-party model, on-device processing, and your responsibility to review output. Download is blocked until you accept.
2. Limited use: AI suggests template fields or note formatting only. It does not provide medical advice or clinical decisions.
3. Human review: You must review every suggestion before saving or copying to an EMR.
4. Deletion: Remove the model in Settings → Totus Assist. Uninstalling the app removes local model files.
Template AI requires Pro Lifetime (pro_lifetime), developer unlock for testing, or a store-review build. Free users may use rules-based Quick parse in Template Studio without downloading a model.
